EZ Rate - 18%

This is our most popular rate by far. Most Airbnb properties will be recommended this rate by our team. Every owner will receive industry leading booking, cleaning, and tenant services. No additional cleaning, maintenance*, or other fees should be anticipated.

Super-EZ Rate - 23%

Our Super Rate is for owners with larger properties that often include yard areas. This rate is includes regular yard maintenance, animal waste (dog poo) clean-up, a Roku installed with 5+ streaming services, and more amenities not included in our base rate.

*repairs exceeding $50 per booking will be coordinated with owner and/or owners insurance.
